Fall Ball Assessment Giveaway

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia.
• Entrants must be active baseball athletes at any competitive level (youth through professional).
• Entrants under 18 years of age at time of entry must have parent or legal guardian permission.
• Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of SummersMethod and its affiliates are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 8, 2026. Entries received outside this window will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Free Entry (no purchase necessary):

1. Complete the online entry form at [FORM URL]. Submission includes: name, contact information, baseball profile, main training goal, and one (1) before photo.
2. Successful completion of the free entry form earns one (1) entry into the drawing.

Bonus Entries (optional):

• Purchase of the Fall Ball Builder Bundle from SummersMethod earns five (5) additional entries. Purchase is not required to enter or win.
• Submission of an after photo and written testimonial at the end of the 12-week program earns five (5) additional entries. Must be submitted before 11:59 PM ET on October 8, 2026.

Maximum entries per athlete: eleven (11). Only one initial entry per person is permitted.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on October 9, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and phone within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within five (5) business days to claim the prize; failure to respond will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize

One (1) grand prize consisting of:

• Round-trip air travel from a major US airport nearest to winner's residence to Tampa, FL.
• One (1) night hotel accommodation in the Clearwater, FL area.
• Complete SummersMethod Athlete Assessment at the Clearwater facility.
• Custom year-long training plan built by Justin Summers.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $[FILL IN — recommend $2,000–3,500]. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash equivalent or substitutions except by Sponsor.

7. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor irrevocable right to use winner's name, likeness, photographs, testimonial, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without further compensation.

8. Limitations of Liability

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not liable for technical failures, injuries or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. By entering, entrant releases Sponsor from all claims arising from the giveaway.

9. Data Use

Information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and, if opted in, for marketing communications from SummersMethod. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with this giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Winner Announcement

A summary of the winner's first name, last initial, and state will be posted on the SummersMethod Instagram account (@summersmethod) after the winner has been confirmed. To request the full official winners list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address above within 30 days of the drawing.
